Overview
Shirdi is a town in Ahmednagar district, Maharashtra. It’s home to Shri Sai Baba Samadhi Mandir, one of India’s most visited pilgrimage sites, attracting 60,000+ devotees daily. Sai Baba, a saint revered by both Hindus & Muslims, arrived in Shirdi around 1858 as a teenage fakir. He lived there for 60 years till his Mahasamadhi on 15 Oct 1918. He preached “Sabka Malik Ek” – one God for all, and never left Shirdi.
